{"id":282,"date":"2009-02-17T15:50:22","date_gmt":"2009-02-17T15:50:22","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.the-finance-zone.co.uk\/?p=282"},"modified":"2009-02-17T15:50:22","modified_gmt":"2009-02-17T15:50:22","slug":"lloyds-shares-plunge-further-as-credit-rating-cut","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/the-finance-zone.co.uk\/index.php\/2009\/02\/17\/lloyds-shares-plunge-further-as-credit-rating-cut\/","title":{"rendered":"Lloyds shares plunge further as credit rating cut"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Moody\u2019s, the ratings agency, has downgraded Lloyds Banking Group\u2019s bank deposit and senior debt ratings sending its shares plummeting even further.<\/p>\n<p>Moody\u2019s has cut Lloyds Aaa rating to Aa3, which brings it into line with RBS and Barclays.<\/p>\n<p>Yesterday, shares in the bank fell amid speculation that the Government may be forced to inject more money into the bank, or even nationalise it.
